MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET

Million Dollar Quartet on Broadway is a new hit musical inspired by the famed recording session of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins on December 4, 1956. The musical brings you back to that date to be a witness to one of rock 'n' roll's most legendary moments.

BoyBurnsBarn's challenge in designing merchandise for the show was finding a way to not only capture the energy of the show but represent a moment in history. The initial design inspiration comes from vintage show posters from the '50's. From there its the energy of the show and the expressive force of each character on stage that brings to life these designs. The posters highlight a different character. However we thought it would be fun to throw in a few silk screened, limited edition, test prints which literally bring to life the way the show overlaps each character on top of the other. A nice touch which pushes the design one step farther.
